I've been MIA for a hot minute but I'm back with a new post! I wanted to talk about my college experience a.k.a my foundation days. I feel like not many people talk about it and I think more people should. Before I started college I did a lot of research on what to expect. In Malaysia mainly, there isn't really anyone talking about it. Even if there's any, it's not something I can relate to. Most people talk about their diploma experience as opposed to foundation. So I'm gonna share my experience in hopes to help any of you out there who will be taking foundation.

MUET: My Experience!
Hey ya'll! So I'm going to be sharing my MUET experience in this post. I very recently sat for my MUET exam so everything is still pretty fresh in my mind. I'm going to be talking according to the order of how I took my exams. Let's start shall we?
1. Speaking
The speaking test was the test I was stressed out about the most. You would think that because I converse in English on a daily basis and what not, that it should be relatively easy for me. Haha not really. I was pretty nervous that I might say the wrong thing or I might stutter or just go completely blank.
I was lucky enough to get an okay group of people, thankfully. Everyone got a chance to talk and argue with each other's point. Also, apparently if you do the intro and outro you'd get extra marks so I did that. If you get a pretty okay group of people then you should be fine. Always remember to TALK! Don't just sit there blankly listening to what other people say without giving your opinion. It's really important to be able to counter the other person and speak your mind. Sometimes I know, it's tough when you get inconsiderate group mates that just dominates the whole thing but TRY. Don't ever be shy or feel intimidated.
2. Reading
My preparation was just alright. I completed my exercise book which was about 6 sets. It's not much I know but yea that's all I did. I despise the true, false or not stated questions. It was so confusing!!! I think the only way to really perfect it is to practice, practice and practice. The passages weren't the easiest to understand. It took some time for me to really digest all the information given. The passages were pretty long too so that was a bit annoying.
3. Writing
This was the paper that I was dreading the most. I couldn't see myself writing 2 essays in 1 and a half hours. It's just not enough time!! I did manage to do it though. The first question is of course my least favourite one since it required a lot of thinking. Trying to relate the information to one another and making sure I don't exceed 200 words. God it was such a pain. Overall I think I did alright.
4. Listening
This was by far the simplest paper. I sat right at the front so I could hear the recording clearly. The questions weren't too confusing or complicated as compared to some of the exercises I did. Hoping I didn't make any careless mistakes though. I did practice this as well just to tune myself to writing and listening at the same time.
That's it! I am SO relieved that it's done and over with. I hated waiting for the day to come ahaha. If you're reading this and you're sitting for your MUET exams soon, I wish you all the best. Remember not to worry too much. But please, if you're aiming for a higher band, do study and practice consistently. When it comes to MUET practice is the way to go. Good Luck!
*UPDATE*
A lil update from me! Results were released on the 5th of January and I found out what I got. I got band 5! I am beyond grateful for my results. Considering I didn't go for any classes and only did some exercises and practiced on my own, I'm pretty pleased with myself and hope everyone else did well.

Hello lovelies! So I don't know about you but anytime I decide to buy a new make up product I will always read reviews by other beauty bloggers. I appreciate it so much when they write a review on products they've tried. I find it very helpful so I hope to do the same with products that I have tried.

Skincare Routine: Oily Skin
Hey guys! So in today's post I'm going to be sharing my skincare routine with you guys. I personally love reading and watching skincare routine videos and blog posts. I find them helpful especially when I'm in the market to try out new products.
So let's start with some basic info about my skin. I have oily acne prone skin. Now with that said, I don't have really severe cystic acne or anything like that (thankfully). But I did go through phases where I had bad breakouts which took forever to clear out. With oily skin you tend to get breakouts so that's why I say I have oily acne prone skin.

Stationery Haul: MUJI & Daiso
Hey everyone! So recently I have been watching a lot of study related videos and also some organisational videos. It got me inspired and motivated to start getting myself more organised so I decided to pick up some new stationery bits as I've not done so in a very long time. Also because I was starting uni again and I wanted some new things hehe.
